July 2022 Price Increases

You will recall that when we set our prices for 2022 in November last year we fixed our prices for the whole of 2022 subject only to the sterling dollar exchange rate staying in the range $1.30 - $1.43. As you will no doubt be aware sterling has fallen significantly outside this range for the last 2 months and we can no longer sustain our prices on products we purchase in US dollars. These products are:

• All Imperial Products

• All Easyfit Products

• Winlock Branded Cylinders

• Pull Bars

• Patio Rollers

We intend to reset the dollar banding to between $1.20 - $1.30, which is a 9.2% reduction in the midpoint of the banding from $1.365 to $1.25.

In view of this depreciation, we must impose an 8% increase on all new orders for the products affected for delivery on or after July 18th 2022.

We hope that giving customers extended notice of these unwelcome, but unavoidable, price increases it will allow you all time to adjust your specifications or prices where needed.
